Having fired his shotgun, killing Tom McLaury, he has now drawn his revolver and is shooting at Tom's brother, Frank (who will be killed by Morgan Earp). It was a blustery day (Oct. 26, 1881) so Holliday was wearing a long coat under which he had hidden the Wells Fargo shotgun.
