Has a small faded pink stain on the front waistband and very tiny brown dots throughout. Size: 24 MEASUREMENTS waist unstretched: 9 Waist fully stretched: 14 inches Length: 18. 5 inches Note: it says age 10 on the tag but it does fit me perfectly as a size xsmall, unpinned in the photos.
