Single Cask Corman Collins Mastro Geppetto apple tarte tatin topped withCorman Collins Mount Gay 2000 2021 is a single cask molasses rum selected by Belgian bottler Corman Collins, a brand founded in 1965 by Hubert Corman and Marie Jeanne Collins. The rum was distilled in 2000 at Mount Gay, a distillery in Barbados that dates back to the 18th century and is considered by some industry historians to be the oldest in the world. Aged for 21 years in oak barrels in a continental climate, the rum was finally bottled in 2021.
